About the Project
Andes Laundry is an on-demand laundry super-app built with Flutter for iOS and Android, delivering three service tiers, Regular, Instant (3-hour door-to-door), and Premium Dry Clean, across Pune's urban geography. The companion Next.js website and admin portal are backed by an Express.js API and Supabase for real-time order tracking, rider management, and customer communication via Nodemailer. Google Analytics and Google Search Console power discoverability and user behaviour insights.
Scope note: Nexolve's scope on Andes Laundry covered porting the existing Android app to iOS using Flutter and managing the App Store submission and deployment pipeline. Core feature development and product design were handled by the Andes team. The iOS version is a faithful port of the established Android product.
How It Works

The Flutter app (iOS + Android) handles customer order placement, service tier selection, and pickup scheduling; Supabase Realtime pushes live order status updates to both the customer app and the rider's dispatch screen.

The Express.js backend processes order creation, assigns the nearest available rider via a geo-proximity query against Supabase, and triggers FCM push notifications to the Flutter apps.

Andes Instant activates a priority fulfilment lane, a dedicated rider fleet guarantees pickup within 30 minutes and delivery within 3 hours, tracked live in the app.

The Next.js admin portal surfaces daily order volumes, rider performance, and revenue metrics; managers can update pricing, service availability, and rider assignments in real time.

Nodemailer sends transactional emails at each order milestone (Picked Up, Processing, Out for Delivery, Delivered); Google Analytics tracks conversion funnels from app install to first order.
