About The Project

EstateFlow AI is an agentic AI system, in active development, that runs a real estate team's lead qualification and site-visit scheduling entirely inside WhatsApp. Built in collaboration with Velyx Labs for a US real estate lead generation business, it replaces the manual back-and-forth of triaging inbound WhatsApp enquiries with an AI agent that reads buyer intent, qualifies budget and timeline, books site visits against live calendar availability, and syncs every conversation straight into the team's CRM. The stack pairs the WhatsApp Business API for messaging with OpenAI's API for the conversational agent, a Next.js and TypeScript dashboard, and Supabase for lead and conversation state.

How it works

From The User's Side

  1. 01Inbound WhatsApp messages route through the WhatsApp Business API into an OpenAI-powered agent that classifies intent, buy, rent, or browsing, before a human ever sees the thread.
  2. 02The agent asks the qualifying questions a human agent would, budget band, preferred locality, timeline, property type, writing structured answers to Supabase as the conversation progresses.
  3. 03Once a lead is qualified, the agent checks live calendar availability and books a site visit directly inside the chat, no phone tag required.
  4. 04Every conversation, qualification score, and booked visit syncs to the team's CRM in real time, so a human agent picks up with full context instead of a cold handoff.
  5. 05An admin dashboard gives the Velyx Labs team visibility into conversation volume, qualification rates, and booked visits, and lets them retune the agent's qualifying questions without touching code.
