About the Project
MediBook is a B2B healthcare platform, in active development, that gives clinics and practices one system for appointment booking, patient CRM, and email automation instead of three disconnected tools. Patients book and reschedule directly against a provider's real-time calendar; every booking, no-show, and follow-up automatically triggers an AI-drafted email step, confirmations, pre-visit prep, post-visit follow-up, so front-desk staff stop chasing patients by hand. The CRM side keeps a full patient history, visit notes, and communication log in one record per patient, with OpenAI's API drafting and personalising the email content per practice.
How It Works
