About the Project
Moraya Developers is the primary digital sales channel Nexolve built for one of Pune's established residential builders, 10+ completed projects and 1,800+ happy clients. The platform is a two-portal MERN application: a public-facing property portal for prospective buyers, and a private admin portal for the Moraya sales team, deployed on Hostinger VPS with Nginx. The Node.js + Express.js backend powers property listings stored in MongoDB, lead capture routing via Nodemailer, and enquiry management for the sales pipeline. Google Analytics and Google Search Console maximise organic discovery for Pune residential property searches.
How It Works

The two-portal MERN stack runs on Hostinger VPS, Nginx reverse-proxies the React visitor portal and the admin CRM; MongoDB stores property data including images, floor plans, pricing, availability status, and GPS coordinates.

The React admin portal allows the Moraya marketing team to update listings, add pre-launch projects with countdown timers, and manage inbound enquiries without any developer involvement.

Property listing pages are built with React and rendered with server-side data from the Express.js API, providing search engines with fast, crawlable HTML for Pune residential property queries.

Lead capture forms submit to MongoDB via the Express.js API and simultaneously trigger Nodemailer emails routing the enquiry to the sales team's inbox and CRM pipeline within under 10 seconds.

Google Search Console tracks rankings for Baner, Wakad, and PCMC property search queries; Google Analytics surfaces the device and traffic-source breakdown of property page visitors.
