About the Project

A dedicated Marathi-language publication platform Nexolve built for Dr. Rajendra Shende, engineered for the specific typographic and layout demands of Devanagari script at long-form reading length. The platform is a two-portal MERN application, a public blog frontend and a private admin CMS, deployed on Hostinger VPS with Nginx. The Node.js + Express.js backend stores all articles in MongoDB, with Nodemailer handling subscriber notifications whenever new essays are published. Google Analytics and Google Search Console drive discoverability for Marathi-speaking readers searching for environmental and cultural essays.

How It Works

   The two-portal MERN stack runs on Hostinger VPS with Nginx as the reverse proxy; MongoDB stores Marathi essays across four structured categories (personal, educational, articles, speeches) with publication timestamps and author metadata.

   The React admin portal lets Dr. Shende's team author, schedule, and publish Devanagari-script essays with a rich text editor that preserves Unicode correctness for Marathi typography.

   The public React blog serves articles via the Express.js REST API with Kohinoor Devanagari variable font loaded as a self-hosted WOFF2 with `font-display: swap` to eliminate invisible text during font load.

   Nodemailer sends new-post notification emails to the subscriber list whenever a new essay is published; the subscription form captures email and preferred category to enable personalised digest emails.

   Google Search Console monitors rankings for Marathi environmental and cultural essay queries; Google Analytics surfaces reading depth and return visitor rates to guide editorial scheduling.
